Victoria Marshall's Work on New Activist Urban Forms

 TEDC Associate Director and Assistant Professor of Urban Design at Parsons School of Design created New Activist Urban Forms. This project is an exploration of protest categories in order to better read contemporary urban configurations of critical political practice in general.This research project traces how creative types of politics constantly emerge and resort the mechanisms by which notions of place achieve coherence. Situated within an eighteen-year period in New York City (including the Battle of Seattle), seven networks of critique and resistance are illustrated along a gradient in order to offer a visual impression for comparative discussion and debate.See the entire project hereView Victoria Marshall's official website
